OPERATIONAL REVIEW & QUALITY ASSURANCE A full operational review and post operation debrief service is available. This service is invaluable if you have tested new techniques or tactics and wish to involve experienced and trusted experts in the learning process.

We can manage the debrief process, capture valuable learning and reflect this in your future learning programmes.

If you are a public authority conducting activity under Part II of the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000 (RIPA), we offer a quality assurance service in relation your statutory applications and authorisation documentation, including risk assessments. We offer this service on an ad hoc or ongoing support basis.

This service can include a pre Office of Surveillance Commissioners (OSC) inspection health check and post inspection debrief and action plan.
